Some positive comments are from staff zennit. Lots of problems on the server, especially the bans part. Most of the players were banned and their friends and people who traded with them were also banned.

Server team, doesn't remove bans, even if you haven't done anything. Any day now, when they finish banning everyone, there will be no one left on the server. And the number of people online continues to fall.
